FunctieAls Production & Planning Manager in Dilbeek speel je een cruciale rol in het organiseren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen. Jij bent dé drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse leiding van een team van circa tien operators. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte productieflow, bewaakt de planning en stimuleert samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen. Dit alles terwijl je voortdurend streeft naar kwaliteitsverbetering, innovatie en een positieve werkcultuur.Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:Dagelijkse aansturing, motivatie en coaching van het productieteam.Efficiënte organisatie van werkzaamheden en het prioriteren van taken.Ontwikkelen, monitoren en bijstellen van productieplanningen.Bevorderen van kwaliteitsnormen, productiviteit en tijdige levering.Identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.Intensieve samenwerking met andere afdelingen zoals sales en logistiek.Waarborgen van veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de productieomgeving.Resultaten en verbeteracties rapporteren aan het management ProfielOm succesvol te zijn als Production & Planning Manager, vragen we het volgende profiel:Een masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring in productie- of operations management.Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een productie-team.Uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden: hands-on, communicatief en resultaatgericht.Kennis van productieprocessen en kwaliteitsnormen.Analytisch vermogen, structureel en stressbestendig.Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.Ervaring met ERP- en planningssoftware is een plus.Een leergierige en ambitieuze houding om samen met het bedrijf te groeien.
