Job description
We are looking for an office and finance assistant for a company in Zaventem. The company is specialized in the distribution of chemical products for industrial usage.

Your tasks:

- You make sure that the office operates smoothly together with the other members of the Administration team.
- You set up meetings, meeting rooms and technology to ensure an efficient and professional environment for all internal and external clients.
- During office hours you cover the reception, welcome visitors and answer incoming mails and calls.
- You book AP booking into SAP.
- You order office supplies and handle the administration.
- You support with booking travels.
- You help creating the monthly newsletter.
Profiel- You have minimum 1 year experience in an administrative job
- You have knowledge in arranging material for inbound operations for storage process
- You have a very good knowledge of English with a good knowlegde of Dutch or French
- You have at least 1 year of experience in working with SAP
- You have advanced knowledge of Excel
- You like to take initiative and are flexible towards job tasks
- You are a team player and have good communication & interpersonal skills
- You are eager to learn, like to work precisely and willing to take ownership
- You are agile
- You are open to work 4 times a week in the offices in Zaventem
