We ondersteunen multinational klanten in heel Vlaanderen & Brussel door een oplossing op maat aan te bieden voor hun Finance noden. Bij Hyphen kom je terecht in een warm en hecht team van ongeveer zeventig gedreven professionals. Het Hyphen DNA wordt gekenmerkt door waarden als entrepreneurship, positivity & caring. Je maakt de ideale match tussen projecten – in accounting, controlling en Finance management - bij multinational klanten en Finance professionals. Je volgt je eigen klantenportefeuille op. Je zult de relaties met bestaande klanten onderhouden en verder uitbouwen, en werkt daarnaast actief mee aan het vinden van nieuwe klanten. Je begrijpt – dankzij jouw achtergrond in Finance - wat de uitdagingen zijn bij klanten en durft hen te challengen en adviseren. Je volgt de lopende projecten op en neemt hierin een adviserende rol op als sparringpartner naar zowel klant als Finance professional. Je coacht onze eigen Finance consultants door regelmatig met hen in te checken tijdens hun project. Samen met het sales- en managementteam bouw je mee aan onze commerciële strategie. Je beschikt over een Master in een economische richting Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen Finance Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus. Je krijgt energie van sociaal contact: zowel digitaal, telefonisch als face-to-face. Je bezit overtuigingskracht, goede communicatieskills en een out-of-the-box mindset. Je bent een echte teamplayer en houdt van een groepsdynamiek waar je ook een groot stuk zelfstandigheid aan de dag dient te leggen.
