Functieomschrijving
- Als projectmanager maak je een projectplan op, zorg je voor het aansturen, opvolgen en coachen van de projectmedewerkers.
- Je hebt de leiding over de dagdagelijkse operationele projectactiviteiten en bewaakt de scope van het project (resources, budget, planning).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de klantenrelatie op elk niveau en onderhoudt contacten met interne/externe projectbetrokkenen.
Profiel
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring met het leiden van software development projecten.
- Je bent een geboren leider en motivator en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is meegenomen).
- Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en oog voor kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
- Je denkt klant- en resultaatgericht en beschikt over een gezonde dosis logisch en analytisch denkvermogen.
- Rapporteren doe je op een heldere en gestructureerde manier.
- Zowel de klassieke Waterfall als de Agile methodologie zijn je vertrouwd en je kunt werken met PM tools zoals MS Project, Jira en Confluence en Azure DevOps.
