Wat verwachten we van u?
Als hands-on Project Manager maakt u deel uit van het SAP HR Team.
  • U beheert de algehele scope-definitie, planning, staffing en levering tot aan de afsluiting van de SAP HCM en SuccessFactors (of andere HRIS-gerelateerde) projecten op tijd, binnen budget en in overeenstemming met de richtlijnen en standaarden zoals gedefinieerd door het Pds PMO (B-PM²).

U rapporteert aan de Business Area HR Lead en werkt nauw samen met de HR Process Leads, HR Organisatie en HR SAP Specialisten & Applicatie-eigenaren.

Wij zoeken een Project Manager met de volgende ervaring en/of competenties
  • U heeft een positieve en constructieve benadering, zowel als teamspeler als in het ondersteunen van het positieve imago van het bedrijf.
  • U bent een duidelijke communicator, zowel naar boven als naar beneden, en kunt kerninformatie van details scheiden en beknopte boodschappen definiëren.
  • U kunt onderhandelen met verschillende niveaus in het bedrijf, discussies afsluiten, conclusies trekken en conflicten afhandelen.
  • U kunt zich verhouden tot, begrijpen en invloed uitoefenen op de perspectieven van stakeholders/het bedrijfsleven.

  • Bewezen ervaring in het migreren van SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM/PY) naar SuccessFactors Employee Central en S4HANA Time.
  • Een brede functionele kennis van verschillende SAP-modules en domeinen wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd.
  • Bij voorkeur tussen de 5-10 jaar relevante ervaring als Project Manager binnen IT-omgevingen met de levering van middelgrote of grote projecten in termen van scope, tijd, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Kennis van projectmanagementmethodologieën zoals PM², PMBOK, Prince2 of Agile-benaderingen.
  • Hoge analytische vaardigheden met oog voor details zonder het totaalplaatje te missen.
  • Enthousiaste teamspeler met people management vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve ondernemersmentaliteit, nieuwe ideeën injecteren en tot leven brengen.
