Als Senior Project Manager beheer je de levenscyclus van IT-projecten van A tot Z.
Je definieert de structuur en de uitwerking van projecten (precieze definitie van de vraag van de klant, impactanalyse, plan van aanpak (scenario's, timing, budget...) en bent vertrouwd met de projectmethodologie Prince 2.
Je beheert en verzekert de opvolging van de realisatie van de projecten rekening houdend met de planning, het budget en de vereiste kwaliteit (opstelling van de gedetailleerde planning, regelmatige opvolging inzake termijnen, budget en kwaliteit, rapportering omtrent de vooruitgang van het project en de vastgestelde problemen, communicatie tussen de partijen die betrokken zijn bij het project, risicobeheer...).
Je stimuleert, coördineert, motiveert en begeleidt de projectmedewerkers.
De klantencontacten zijn ook zeer belangrijk in deze functie (onderhandeling, communicatie...). Je bent gewend te onderhandelen met verantwoordelijken op hoog niveau (directie) bij de klant en bij je eigen organisatie.
Uw profiel
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma en je hebt een aanzienlijke professionele ervaring in IT-projectbeheer (Prince2).
Je hebt gewerkt in een Agile-omgeving en je bent vertrouwd met IT-processen op zowel ontwikkelings- als infrastructuurniveau.
Je uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, je onderhandelingsvaardigheden en je talenten als coach zijn je voornaamste troeven.
Je werkt methodisch en georganiseerd, je weet prioriteiten te stellen en je slaagt erin de verschillende betrokken partijen van een project te coördineren.
Bovendien druk je je vlot uit in het Frans.
