ICF Next is looking for a Campaign Manager to join the Client Relations Department. The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of EU 360° communication campaigns, projects, and services. They will work closely with team members, expert teams, and partners to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
·      Assisting the senior campaign manager in the implementation of communication campaigns using the PRINCE2 methodology.
·      Ensuring high-quality work by collaborating with expert teams to develop communication services that meet professional standards and client expectations.
o  Preparing and conducting briefings
o  Preparing and monitoring campaign planning and workflows
o  Quality control of campaign assets
o  Assisting with contractual tasks linked to campaign implementation
o  Reporting and monitoring
·      Day to day communication with the client focus on campaign progress and relationship building.
·      Supporting the senior campaign manger int the day-to-day tasks (meeting agendas, draft meeting reports, updating campaign planning)
·      Supporting the financial management of campaigns and projects through regular reporting.
·      Fostering team spirit, promoting professionalism, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Competencies / Skills:
·      Knowledge and experience in the communication sector.
·      Passion for delivering impactful and qualitative campaigns.
·      Strong organizational and planning skills.
·      Self-motivated with a âcan doâ attitude and the ability to work on own initiative.
·      Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·      Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and adaptability.
·      Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
·      Minimum 3 years of experience in communication sector.
·      Fluent in English (written and verbal).
·      Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
