Volvo Car BeLux is looking for a new colleague to join our dynamic and motivated Marketing Operations department. In this exciting role as Marketing Performance Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, implementing and optimising Advertising and Media campaigns across various digital and traditional channels. Your expertise will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion and contribute to achieving our marketing and sales objectives.
You will:
- Be responsible for the full marketing funnel to meet Sales goals and Brand Marketing KPI’s.
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end Product, Brand and Always-On marketing campaigns across multiple channels (on
- and offline), including briefings, budget management, media plans, KPI’s, leads management
- Collaborate with all stakeholders involved to develop and lead an all-round marketing strategy and plan including creative, content, digital, and product marketing, to ensure the campaign aligns with overall business goals.
- Manage the performance of digital and non-digital campaigns via KPI driven marketing approach together with your marketing colleagues.
- Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance metrics (CPL, CPC, Conversion ), and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for optimization and improvement.
- Supervise and manage both creative and media agencies.
- Manage and keep an eye on budget, optimize efficiencies and maximize ROI.
In this role you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations team and with our Marketing Hub in Sweden. So if you enjoy working internationally and cross-functionally - this might be the job for you
**Are you on the right track ?**
We are looking for someone with a Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience) within marketing or a related field, with a broad work experience in B2C and B2B marketing in an international environment.
You have a data-driven mindset, have a passion for marketing and are not afraid to raise the bar by challenging the status-quo. You are skilled in translating a business need to a campaign and bring it to life. You are experienced in utilizing digital marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, Programmatic as well as are able to interpret data, generate insights and take data-driven decision based on reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and other dashboards.
Finally, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
