**Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager**:
We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager who not only brings in-depth digital expertise but also possesses all-round marketing skills. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and executing our campaigns, both online and offline. You have strong analytical abilities that allow you to continuously optimize our sales funnels and marketing efforts. Additionally, you will also be involved in other aspects of our marketing activities, from project management to production and managing budgets. With your analytical mindset and hands-on mentality, you will be an indispensable link within the team.

**Your responsibilities**:
**Optimization and Analysis**:

- You bring the necessary digital expertise to the team. You analyze and optimize our campaigns using data (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Meta )
- You perform analyses of our online campaigns and optimize them based on data, working closely with our digital advertising agency, development, and the rest of the team.
- You are responsible for improving our acquisition funnels and landing pages, striving for better conversion rates and performance.
- You create dashboards based on our internal data (Salesforce) and use your knowledge and analysis to support decision-making.

**All-round Marketing**:
In addition to your digital responsibilities, you will also work as an all-round marketer on our campaigns, with a focus on Wallonia and Brussels (FR). This encompasses a wide range of tasks such as:

- Project management
- Coordinating productions and shoots, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from planning to execution.
- Writing skills: able to proofread texts, spot mistakes, suggest improvements, and rephrase when needed.
- You manage budgets and closely monitor them while maintaining contact with external partners and freelancers for the execution of various projects.

**Campaign Development and Execution**:

- You conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns (end-to-end), both online and offline, aiming to achieve our brand and commercial objectives.
- You ensure that all communication channels are utilized optimally and tailored to the appropriate target audience, paying attention to the authenticity and consistency of the brand message.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- You work closely with other departments such as Development, and Media (agencies) to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed timely and that they align with our company goals.

**What we expect from you**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Experience with analysis and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Mixpanel, and experience in acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage a campaign from start to finish, including budget management and directing freelancers.
- French is your native language, and you speak fluent English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- A hands-on mentality and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with good Excel proficiency and experience working with data to optimize campaigns and processes.
- You are proactive and not afraid to “get your hands dirty” and work in the field to bring our campaigns to a successful conclusion.
