You are passionate about digital marketing. You are used to follow up performance agencies, to monitor data and to report via operational dashboards. You know Hubspot or similar CRM tools. Solvay Lifelong Learning, the continuing education branch of Solvay Brussels School, hires a new Digital Marketing Manager.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of digital marketing initiatives to promote Solvay Lifelong Learning's continuing education programs and services. Our Digital marketing Manager
- Develops and implements the digital marketing strategy to achieve Solvay Lifelong Learning's growth and brand awareness objectives, in collaboration with our Marketing & Sales Director.
- Contributes to set up the yearly communication plan and to translate it into an operational calendar.
- Contributes to define our yearly budget split and follow-up our spendings to make sure we keep on the right track.
- Manages advertising campaigns on digital channels (search engines, social networks, online display, etc.), optimizing budgets and performance together with performance external agencies.
- Analyzes web data and performance metrics of digital initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimizes websites and online content (landing pages, blogs, newsletters, etc.) to improve user experience and SEO.
- Collaborates with marketing, communications and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messages and actions.
- Monitors trends and best practices in digital marketing for education and continuing education.
- Measures and reports on the impact of digital actions on a weekly basis, thanks to our operational dashboards.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, communications, marketing and/or digital marketing.
- Min. 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Hubspot, Google Ads, Facebook Business, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Good data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of the education and continuing education sector is an asset.
- Project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and French.
