Als WTS Manager sta je aan het hoofd van onze Work Tools & Service-afdeling in België en zorg je, samen met jouw team, voor de dagelijkse operaties en WTS-producten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een goede service aan jouw klanten en dit van verkoop tot na verkoop. Naast het coachen van je team, zorg je voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde doelen (o.a. het vooropgestelde omzetcijfer, respect van de vooropgestelde budgetten en veiligheidsregels).
Deze taken zijn part of the job:
Ondersteuning en begeleiding van jouw team (o.a. door samen met Team HR de rekrutering van jouw teamleden in handen te nemen. Ook de ontwikkeling van jouw teamleden valt onder jouw scope). Zorgen voor een nauwgezette administratieve opvolging van de activiteiten van de WTS-afdeling. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de jaarlijkse budgetten en de opvolging ervan. Optimalisering van de structuur binnen de afdeling. Samen met je product managers ben je het aanspreekpunt van CWTS (CATERPILLAR Worktools), onderhandel en ontwikkel je het CAT en non CAT-gamma met de leveranciers. Je stelt SMART-objectieven op voor je verkoopteam en volgt deze van nabij op aan de hand van teammeetings (sales en marketing). Zo ben je als eindverantwoordelijke één van de drijvende krachten in marketing en sales promotie. Samen met je productmanagers ondersteun je je verkoopteam bij de klant. Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor stock- en aankoopbeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle middelen aangewend worden voor een correcte uitvoering van de werken/interventies. Je rapporteert aan de Director After-Sales en werkt nauw samen met de verkoopafdeling.Een contract van onbepaalde duur met aantrekkelijk salaris en extralegale voordelen zoals verzekeringen (groep, hospitalisatie, invaliditeit), maaltijdcheques, bedrijfswagen, laptop en smartphone, een Flex Income Plan, enz. Je bent een klantgerichte topper met een passie voor uitrustingsstukken, grondverzetmachines, techniek en mensen. Jouw goed doordachte visie op jouw team, onze klanten en op onze commerciële strategie gaat hand in hand met een flinke portie enthousiasme.
Verder beschik je over de volgende competenties:
Een bachelor/master-diploma in een technische richting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring (kennis van de grondverzetmachines en hun uitrustingen is een pluspunt). Volledig tweetalig NL/FR (spreken en schrijven) met een goede kennis van het technisch Engels. Relevante werkervaring (+/- 5 jaar) in een gelijkaardige functie met een eerste positieve ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een sales of after sales-omgeving. Een people manager zijn voor je medewerkers en een teamspeler voor je collega’s uit andere divisies. Je bent leergierig en je wilt specialist worden in de work tools Een relatie- en servicegerichte aanpak. Je bezit een goede dosis teamspirit Je bent vlot en commercieel ingesteld Assertiviteit. Communication skills. Oplossingsgericht denken. Altijd een overzicht van de situatie hebben en het hoofd koel houden.
