**Summary**:
You are responsible for supporting BIA's Supply Chain team by creating analytics and tools to increase data transparency and visibility (including driving SAP developments). You analyze business trends, internal distribution channel behavior and data to predict and improve BIA's delivery of products to its customers. You identify and manage cross-departmental Continuous Improvement projects based on wide ranging transverse Big Data & relevant business analysis.
**What will be your responsibilities?**:
- Provide business cases supporting Supply Chain business decisions, strategics orientation proposals and trade-offs.
- Analyze Supply Chain, Sales, Geographic and (Smart)fleet data to make process improvement proposals.
- Understand the requirements of the business and translate them into Reports, Dashboards, KPIs, Continuous Improvement projects. Clarify what to measure, how to measure, write reports specifications (including identification of the right sources of information) and maintain them.
- Design and suggest Supply Chain KPIs, ensuring its maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Be the owner of the reports, data architecture and data sources used by the Supply Chain.
- Be a Supply Chain SAP reference: which includes ensuring the reliability, consistency and compliance of Supply Chain's database information.
- Understand and improve Supply Chain's workflows in SAP while reducing issues and redundancies.
- Monitor BIA's Supply Chain and related data to ensure data accuracy in all systems.
- Promote a data-driven culture by delivering
**Who are we looking for?**:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in in Business, IT, Analytics methodology, Supply Chain or related
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar function
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience of supply chain processes and concepts is a plus (Logistics Management, Planning & Inventory Management, Procurement Management)
- Experience with reporting tools (SAP BI/BO, Power BI, Power Query etc..)
- Experience with planning tool (Anaplan, OMP) is nice to have
- Ability to plan, organize and structure work
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Collaborating within a team while also being capable of working independently
