**Summary**:
Plan, direct and monitor all equipment supply chain and logistics to ensure a fast and cost-effective flow of equipment from suppliers to customers.
**What will be your responsibilities?**:
- Develop equipment logistics & inventory strategies in line with the Group Supply Chain strategy
- Develop tactics translating strategy into concrete projects & action plans
- Follow-up on projects & action plans to achieve expected results
- Day-to-day management of the team (holiday, recruitment, coaching, training, planning, objectives settings, amongst others)
- Ensure processes are lean, understood and applied
- Guarantee proper understanding & use of information systems among the teams
- Monitor & report logistics & inventory performance
- Maintain good communication and relationship with key stakeholders (customers, OEMs, LSPs, other departments)
- Represent BIA Supply Chain in key meetings with customers, OEMs and Logistics partners
- Manage Supplier contracts & performance
- Manage central stocks and guarantee proper stock accuracy & stock takes
- Improve delivery speed & reliability while reducing total logistics costs
**Who are we looking for?**:
- Master's degree
- Minimum 10 years' of relevant working experience in Supply Chain
- Good knowledge of Incoterms and import/export business principles
- Solid people management experience (Team size: 3 people)
- Fluent in French and English
- Microsoft products (Advanced Excel expertise)
- Knowledge about ERP systems (SAP ERP is a plus)
- Capability of working with and adapting to any level inside an organization (from workshop to top management)
- Experience within an International dimension
- Experience in mining and/or construction industry is an asset
- Experience of doing business in Africa is also a definite plus
- Key competencies : Commercial acumen, Customer focus, Result orientation, Leadership, Analytical skills
