**Summary**:
Plan, direct and monitor all parts supply chain activities, i.e. Operations, Continuous Improvement actions and projects and OEM/Supplier Performance Management, to ensure having the right parts at the right place at the right moment at the right cost, together with business aligned inventory level and efficient operations.
**What will be your responsibilities?**:
- Develop logistics & inventory strategies in line with the Group Supply Chain strategy
- Develop tactics translating strategy into concrete projects & action plans
- Follow-up on projects & action plans to achieve expected results
- Day-to-day management of the team (holiday, recruitment, coaching, training, planning, objectives settings,...)
- Ensure processes are lean, understood and applied
- Guarantee proper understanding & use of information systems among the teams
- Monitor and report planning, speed of delivery, quality of commitment and inventory performance
- Maintain good communication and relationship with key stakeholders (customers, OEMs, LSPs, other departments)
- Represent BIA Supply Chain in key meetings with customers, OEMs and Logistics partners
- Manage Supplier contracts & performance
- Manage central stocks and guarantee proper stock accuracy & stock takes
- Improve logistics reliability while reducing total Cost to Serve
- Work closely with HR to ensure the operational and daily management of its team in compliance with BIA’s policies as defined by HR. (Incl: recruitment, objective setting, performance evaluation, learning and personal development plan, talent review, holiday and expense review and approval, etc.)
