Tasks & responsibilities

Travel management:

  • Coordinare all aspects of travel including flights, train journeys, hotel accomodations, taxis, rental cars, and visas for employees, applicants, freelancers, journalists, stylist and models.
  • Manage travel logistics for company events, showrooms and fashion shows in Antwerp, Milan and Paris, approximately four times per year.
  • Negotiate pricing agreement with hotels.
  • Further develop Travel organisation within the company


    Administrative support:

    • Assist in the organisation of dinners, parties and other events
    • Organize and distribute Christmas cards and gifts
    • Facilitate stock sales in collaboration with other departments
    • Support internal communication tasks


      Personal assistance:

      • Provide personalized support to executives including agenda management, reporting and presentations
      • Manage external relations and sponsorships activities
      • Coordinate interviews and handle interview requests
      • Handle correspondence and manage purchases
