In this role, you will dive into the world of New Product Introduction (NPI) and be at the forefront of operational innovation in our thriving Manufacturing team. To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement for the duration of the position, January 2025 - July 2025.
Your responsibilities- Follow, analyze, and report logistic issues with 3PL.
- Analyze and monitor stock discrepancy reports and inbound-outbound differences.
- Conduct cycle counts, inventory control, and support freight invoices.
- Report logistic performance KPIs.
- Communicate with other departments, factories, and transport companies.
- Assist & monitor with the ordering process, including order management, slot booking, stock control, outbound (transport), and returns.
- Support the coordination of the order/delivery process by working closely with the warehouse, logistics, and supply planning team to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF).
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, supply chain, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about New Product Introduction, manufacturing, or product innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
