Letting and Sales Consultant

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on professionalism and trust.
- Evaluate asset opportunities and share potential deals.
- Collaborate with the Research, Investment, and Valuation departments to facilitate client advice on letting or selling properties and real estate strategic topics.
- Directly report to the National Market Director.
- Preparedness to handle all aspects of a real estate deal is necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector is required.
- The successful candidate should hold a university degree or possess equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a requirement.
- A proactive, dynamic character with high interest in the real estate sector.
- A friendly personality is important, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Commercial and organisational skills should be excellent.
- The successful candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit.
The candidate will be joining a developing and dynamic commercial team within an international company, offering an attractive salary package. There are numerous opportunities for growth within the organisation.
