TN Belgium is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Partner Development team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our partner network in the EMEA region and driving sales growth.
We are looking for a Sales Growth Specialist who has a strong understanding of the IT industry and excellent communication skills. As a Partner Network Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with IT providers across the EMEA region.
Your primary goal will be to increase Odoo's presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right partners to collaborate with us, sell and implement our technology. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- You will engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies from across the EMEA region.
- You will source on your own through different platforms, create your own potential partner network, and develop your strategy to touch different companies.
- You will initiate contact and qualify potential partners, understand their business capabilities, values, and processes to ensure they align with our business model.
- You will analyze and understand the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship.
- You will show the product by providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo and negotiate conditions for collaboration.
