We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist who will be responsible for expanding our partner network in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and excellent communication skills.

As a Partner Network Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with IT providers across the EMEA region. Your goal will be to increase Odoo's presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right partners to collaborate with us, sell and implement our technology.

  • You will source potential partners through various platforms and develop a strategy to touch different companies.
  • You will initiate contact and qualify potential partners, understand their business capabilities, values, and processes to ensure they align with our business model.
  • You will analyze and understand the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship.
  • You will show the product by providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo and negotiate conditions for collaboration.
