Sales and Partnership Development Representative

In this exciting role as an enterprise sales and business growth expert at TN Belgium, you will play a critical part in expanding our partner network across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies to promote Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio.
Your main objective is to increase Odoo presence worldwide by identifying and partnering with the most suitable IT providers to sell and implement Odoo. You will manage a diverse pipeline of opportunities and be accountable for the following activities:
- Developing a robust strategy to source potential partners and expand your network
- Establishing relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies to discuss partnership opportunities
- Evaluating the partner's profile, business needs, and pain points to identify areas for mutually beneficial collaborations
- Presenting Odoo's features and benefits to potential partners and negotiating agreements for collaboration
Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in IT and software, along with fluency in English, are essential qualities for this role.
