IT Partner Acquisition Specialist

As a sales and partnership development representative at TN Belgium, you will be responsible for expanding our partner network across the EMEA region. You will engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies to promote Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio.
Your primary goal is to increase Odoo presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell, and implement Odoo. You will deal with a global pipeline of opportunities and be responsible for the following steps:
- Sourcing potential partners through various platforms and developing your own strategy to reach different companies
- Initiating contact and qualifying potential partners to understand their business, capabilities, values, and processes
- Analyzing and understanding the partner's profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship
- Providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo and quoting and negotiating conditions for collaboration
To succeed in this role, you must have business knowledge and curiosity, the ability to think outside the box, resilience, and perseverance. Additionally, you should be fluent in English and possess interest and/or experience in sales and IT.
