We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Partner Development team as a Partner Network Expansion Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our partner network in the EMEA region and driving sales growth.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with IT providers across the EMEA region. Your goal will be to increase Odoo's presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right partners to collaborate with us, sell and implement our technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing potential partners through various platforms and developing a strategy to touch different companies.
- Initiating contact and qualifying potential partners, understanding their business capabilities, values, and processes to ensure they align with our business model.
- Analyzing and understanding the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship.
- Showing the product by providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo and negotiating conditions for collaboration.
