En tant que gestionnaire des services de mobilité, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans l'amélioration de l'expérience des passagers. Vous gérez les relations avec plusieurs partenaires clés en matière de mobilité, tant du point de vue des services que du point de vue commercial. Vous êtes chargé d'identifier, de représenter et de défendre les besoins en matière de services de mobilité dans le cadre de projets stratégiques. Pour ce faire, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos partenaires clés et les parties prenantes internes.


Que réaliserez-vous avec nous?

  • Gestion des grands comptes :

• Établir et/ou mettre en œuvre la gestion des comptes clés avec les partenaires clés de la mobilité (tels que les gestionnaires de parkings publics, les sociétés de location de voitures, les services de taxi, etc.)
• Conclure les contrats de service nécessaires et optimiser les revenus du secteur d'activité
• Maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les parties prenantes internes

  • Expérience des passagers : améliorer les taux de satisfaction des passagers pour la ligne d'activité des services de mobilité, améliorant ainsi l'expérience globale des passagers.
  • Développement commercial : développer le secteur d'activité en identifiant, en développant et en mettant en œuvre de nouvelles initiatives avec les partenaires existants et en attirant de nouveaux partenaires pertinents à l'aéroport et dans ses environs.
  • Vision et stratégie : contribuer à la vision et à la stratégie des services de mobilité pour Brussels Airport et les mettre en œuvre, tant d'un point de vue commercial qu'opérationnel.
  • Projets : défendre les intérêts de Mobility Services dans les projets pertinents, coordonner les projets à l'échelle de l'entreprise ayant un impact sur Mobility Services.


Ce qui vous distingue :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un master.
  • Vous avez au moins 8 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur commercial.
  • La connaissance et/ou l'expérience des services de mobilité à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du domaine aéroportuaire est un plus (mais pas un impératif).
  • Vous analysez des situations complexes dans un environnement en évolution rapide et vous fixez des priorités.
  • La collaboration avec les partenaires et les autres départements est cruciale compte tenu de la complexité des différentes parties prenantes (internes et externes) et des intérêts.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et êtes capable d'établir et d'entretenir des relations de travail positives.
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise, le souci du détail et une vision à court et à long terme.
  • Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais.
