**Job Mission**
As a sustainable mobility solutions provider, we are exploring diverse way to help people and business move beyond traditional automotive. A core part of our work in this area will focus on Purpose Built Vehicles (PBV). PBV’s are specialized vehicles based on specific customer needs. As a customer-centric company we are aiming at providing flexible sustainable mobility products that reflects the diverse needs of people and business within the light commercial vehicle segment (LCV).

**Positioning**
In this role you will be responsible for the PBV Project at Kia Belux within the Sales Division, reporting to Senior Fleet Manager PC PBV.
**Your responsibilities**
- Lead the PBV Project in the creation, development, coordination, and the execution of the PBV go-to-market strategy and implantation plan.
- Lead in creating Belux PBV Business Plan including conclusion, solutions, network,
- Work together with Kia HQ on PBV Sales Strategy topics.
- Organise pre-launch events for commercial vehicle customers converters.
**Your profile**
- You have an experience of 10 years of vans, light commercial vehicles and up to 5 years on Direct Sales to end customers, Leasco’s or RAC.
- You have excellent verbal and written English, Dutch and French communication skills.
- You have an excellent command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP is an extra.
- You have a proven track report in developing new business and/or new channels.
- You can work and bring results alone but are also a hands-on team player with open approach to different nationalities and cultures.
- You have a Master in a Business or Industrial engineering related field.
- You have an optimistic ‘can do’ attitude.
