You will join a modern, multicultural environment where your responsibilities are aligned with your expertise and your ambition. Lead and coach a team of accounting professionals Monitor workload, planning and productivity across the department Ensure timely and qualitative delivery for the full client portfolio Review periodic reports, annual accounts, VAT and tax returns Coordinate client audits and maintain strong client relationships Support business development through fee proposals and client onboarding Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and standardisation Work closely with local management to execute the company strategy Native Dutch or French speaker, fluent in English (C1/C2) Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
