Cindy Monno Je waarborgt de systeembeveiliging van de productieomgeving door het installeren en beheren van whitelisting-software (McAfee/Trellix) op productiemachines, het uitschakelen en opvolgen van onnodige services (hardening), en het proactief patchen en verhelpen van technische kwetsbaarheden op OT-assets. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfscontinu teit door het creëren, beheren en bij problemen terugzetten van cruciale machineback-ups met Acronis, en zorgt tevens voor het beheer van gebruikerswachtwoorden. Daarnaast bied je all-round technische ondersteuning op de werkvloer door het dagelijks beheren van alle technische assets in CMS-software, het oplossen van ad-hoc netwerkproblemen, en het installeren van tools (UltraVNC) voor remote support op productiemachines. bachelor industriële automatisering of IT in productie omgeving of gelijkwaardig ervaring met systeembeveiliging van productiemachines kennis van McAfee/Trellix, Acronis, ePO-server zeer goede talenkennis in Nederlands en Engels (ook op technisch vlak) in staat de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te respecteren stressbestendig, problem solver, klantgericht leergierig goed autonoom kunnen werken (wel vlot samenwerken met andere teams) Je bent per direct of op korte termijn beschikbaar.
