A well-established international manufacturing company with over 50 years of presence in Belgium is seeking to strengthen its Quality team. The organization is one of the largest production sites in its region and operates at the forefront of innovation, sustainability, and quality excellence.
Its products contribute to health, comfort, and safety across a wide range of applications, including digital technologies, energy, mobility, and life sciences. With a strong focus on environmental responsibility, social impact, and governance, the company continuously adapts to global trends to remain a trusted industry leader.
To maintain and further enhance high quality standards, the Quality Department plays a central role within the organization. We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Validate and monitor the quality of new and modified products, in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, methodologies, and tools
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate quality risks from raw materials through to customer delivery
Ensure accurate and consistent data management within systems such as PLM and SAP
Conduct and support audits with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, including follow-up on corrective actions
You will report to the Quality Operations Manager.
You are a proactive and analytical quality professional who:
Holds a master's degree, preferably in a chemical or technical field, or has equivalent relevant experience
Is familiar with IATF 16949 or similar automotive quality standards
Is fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are an asset)
