With a strong focus on environmental responsibility, social impact, and governance, the company continuously adapts to global trends to remain a trusted industry leader.The RoleTo maintain and further enhance high quality standards, the Quality Department plays a central role within the organization. We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the entire production lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate and monitor the quality of new and modified products, in coordination with internal stakeholders and customersDevelop, implement, and maintain quality systems, methodologies, and toolsProactively identify, analyze, and mitigate quality risks from raw materials through to customer deliveryEnsure accurate and consistent data management within systems such as PLM and SAPConduct and support audits with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, including follow-up on corrective actionsYou will report to the Quality Operations Manager.Your ProfileYou are a proactive and analytical quality professional who:Holds a master's degree, preferably in a chemical or technical field, or has equivalent relevant experienceHas practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and SPC methodologiesIs familiar with IATF 16949 or similar automotive quality standardsIs fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are an asset)Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skillsIs continuously looking for opportunities to optimize processes and drive improvement Occasional travel may be required, primarily within Europe.What's OfferedYou will join a dynamic, international manufacturing environment that values collaboration, quality, and innovation.
