The Role To maintain and further enhance high quality standards, the Quality Department plays a central role within the organization. We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the entire production lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Validate and monitor the quality of new and modified products, in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, methodologies, and tools Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate quality risks from raw materials through to customer delivery Ensure accurate and consistent data management within systems such as PLM and SAP Conduct and support audits with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, including follow-up on corrective actions You will report to the Quality Operations Manager. Your Profile You are a proactive and analytical quality professional who: Holds a master's degree, preferably in a chemical or technical field, or has equivalent relevant experience Has practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and SPC methodologies Is familiar with IATF 16949 or similar automotive quality standards Is fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are an asset) Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills Is continuously looking for opportunities to optimize processes and drive improvement Occasional travel may be required, primarily within Europe.
