Wij zoeken een gedreven Project Manager die een sleutelrol speelt in een strategisch transformatieproject. Het doel? Evolueren van een gefragmenteerde aanpak naar een gestructureerd model waarin klantgerichte medewerkers, ondersteund door slimme tools, een 5-sterrenservice bieden.- De P&V Groep is een coöperatieve verzekeringsmaatschappij die verzekeringen toegankelijk wil maken voor zoveel mogelijk mensen. Coördineren van het project van A tot Z:Opmaken en beheren van de roadmap, vertrekkend vanuit een ambitieus plan om onze customer & intermediary service structureel te verbeteren in de komende jaren.Beheren van de backlog van het project team: backlog opstellen, samen met het team prioriteiten bepalen en opvolgen, …Begeleiden en evalueren van pilootprojecten. De strategische richting bewaken tijdens de uitvoering van het project. Voor bepaalde onderwerpen, zelf de vertaling maken van de strategie naar een concrete uitwerking. Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.Zorgen voor een transparante rapportering van status, risico's, issues, … over het volledige project. Ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in klantgerichte of digitale transformatieprojecten.Ervaring in projecten in het domein van Customer Service is een pluspuntSterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement.Hands-on mentaliteit met oog voor pragmatiek en haalbaarheid.Strategisch inzicht: Je kan de strategische lijnen bewaken, terwijl je ziet hoe de strategie concreet naar de dagdagelijkse realiteit vertaald kan worden.Affiniteit met change management en het begeleiden van teams in verandering.Zeer goede talenkennis van zowel Nederlands als Frans (begrijpend/gesproken/geschreven)- Contracttype: onbepaalde duur- Werklocatie: Brussel en/of Antwerpen in combinatie met thuiswerkenDesguinlei 92, 2018 AntwerpenKoningsstraat 151, 1210 Brussel- Extralegale voordelen: De P&V Groep biedt heel wat extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering, ecocheques, een bedrijfsrestaurant, een cafetariaplan, flexibele werktijden en telewerkmogelijkheden, maar ook personeelskortingen bij verschillende partners (en een auto voor bepaalde functies).
