Wij zoeken een gedreven Project Manager die een sleutelrol speelt in een strategisch transformatieproject. Het doel? Evolueren van een gefragmenteerde aanpak naar een gestructureerd model waarin klantgerichte medewerkers, ondersteund door slimme tools, een 5-sterrenservice bieden.- De P&V Groep is een coöperatieve verzekeringsmaatschappij die verzekeringen toegankelijk wil maken voor zoveel mogelijk mensen. Coördineren van het project van A tot Z:Opmaken en beheren van de roadmap, vertrekkend vanuit een ambitieus plan om onze customer & intermediary service structureel te verbeteren in de komende jaren.Beheren van de backlog van het project team: backlog opstellen, samen met het team prioriteiten bepalen en opvolgen, …Begeleiden en evalueren van pilootprojecten. De strategische richting bewaken tijdens de uitvoering van het project. Voor bepaalde onderwerpen, zelf de vertaling maken van de strategie naar een concrete uitwerking. Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.Zorgen voor een transparante rapportering van status, risico's, issues, … over het volledige project.
