What is your role?Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.Build and maintain client relationships; serve as a point of contact for key accounts.Support HR functions such as recruitment, team development, and performance management.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve business strategy. Who are we looking for?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering.Had a first experience in business management, preferably in an engineering or technical services environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Fluency in English AND Dutch or French.
