We work with ambitious e-commerce brands and deliver premium development, UX, and performance solutions.We're now looking for a part-time, Dutch-speaking Shopify Account Manager to support our Belgian and Dutch clients and ensure they receive an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.What You'll DoYou'll act as the trusted adviser for our Shopify merchants, working closely with our design, development, and growth teams. Your role will include:Managing a portfolio of Dutch-speaking Shopify clientsBeing the main point of contact — handling requests, updates, questions, and project coordinationTranslating client needs into actionable tasks for design, UX, and developmentSupporting ongoing retainers, mini-projects, and theme customization workPreparing briefs, timelines, and client communication for internal teamsTracking project progress to ensure smooth deliveryIdentifying opportunities for upsells such as theme upgrades, UX improvements, CRO tasks, SEO, and paid media supportMaintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retentionThis is a part-time role ideal for someone who wants a stable, flexible position with consistent client-facing responsibility.What We're Looking ForMust have a minimum 2 years of hands-on Shopify experienceFluent Dutch (native-level or close) — essential2–5 years of account management / client success / project coordination experience in an e-commerce or digital agency environmentStrong understanding of Shopify store builds, migrations, integrations, apps, and customizationsExperience coordinating cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing)Skills in consultative selling, pipeline management, upselling & cross-sellingFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)Excellent English (additional languages are a plus)Based in Belgium or the Netherlands (Antwerp proximity preferred, hybrid possible)Proactive, communicative, customer-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at onceWhy Join UsBe part of an innovative Shopify partner agency serving merchants worldwide.Take ownership of a critical area of the business where your insights directly shape customer experience.Work with a collaborative, international team.Opportunities for learning, growth, and specialization in e-commerce technologies.Flexible remote working environment.
