SAP Inventory Planning and Prioritisation Business Solutions Analyst Hybrid / Contract / Brussels, Belgium A leading international organization is looking for a Senior SAP Inventory Planning and Prioritisation Business Solutions Analyst to join its Application Management team. You will serve as a key functional expert, shaping SAP capabilities in inventory planning, allocation, prioritisation, and integration with SD and Inventory Management. Job Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and collaborate with technology specialists to develop solutions in the inventory planning and allocation domain with SAP S4. Design and document functional solutions, including specifications for custom enhancements. Manage workstream deliverables and requirement documentation; drive functional solution decisions, test preparation and execution, and support cutover and hypercare. Support testing preparation and execution efforts (unit, regression, UAT) and deliver end-user training. Review and validate SAP OSS notes and simplification lists; propose functionality rollout approaches with associated benefits and risks. Support data migration and ensure planning-related data integrity. Maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides. Provide end-user training and user testing support. What We’re Looking For (Must-Have): 8+ years of experience in SAP Inventory Planning and Prioritisation within S/4HANA. Strong expertise in processes such as: ATP (Available-to-Promise) Inventory Prioritisation & Allocation Backorder Processing (BOP) Product Segmentation OTIF performance Excellent understanding of integration with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Inventory Management . Ability to evaluate SAP simplification items and incorporate them in business processes. Strong skills in documentation, functional specification writing, and cross-team collaboration.
