Air Belgium is recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Technical & Engineering Manager (NPH) to lead our CAMO and all maintenance related activities. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, and technical performance across our present and future fleet. This is a leadership position where you’ll play a central role in the technical direction of the airline, reporting directly to the Accountable Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the CAMO and technical maintenance teamsOversee the continued airworthiness of Air Belgium’s aircraft fleet in accordance with EASA regulationsEnsure compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety requirementsManage technical projects, maintenance planning, and engineering supportAct as the nominated postholder (NPH) for Technical & Maintenance as defined by aviation authoritiesLiaise with regulatory bodies, manufacturers, and external maintenance providersDevelop and maintain internal processes for optimal maintenance performance and safetyProvide strategic insight into aircraft maintenance, reliability, and cost control What We’re Looking ForProven experience in CAMO management and aircraft maintenance operationsStrong technical background with a relevant engineering or aeronautical degreeSolid understanding of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulationsDemonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetEligible to work and live in Belgium Why Join Air Belgium?Be part of a dynamic and growing cargo airline part of the CMA CGM GroupWork in a collaborative, safety-first environment that values innovation and responsibilityLead high-impact technical operations with direct influence on airline performance and Customer experience Apply now on LinkedIn or send your CV to recruitment@airbelgium.comJoin us and take your career to new heights at Air Belgium
