Dan is een rol als Operational Control Officer in het Data departement misschien wel perfect voor jou Hier speel je een sleutelrol in het beheersen van operationele risico's en het waarborgen van de integriteit van onze dataprocessen.Wat ga je doen?Je voert risico-zelfevaluaties (RCSA) uit op bedrijfsprocessen.Je beoordeelt de waarde, efficiëntie en toepasbaarheid van bestaande controlekaders.Je voert controles uit binnen het Data domein en/of volgt de uitvoering ervan op.Je initieert actieplannen die passen binnen het risicobereidheid/tolerantie van het management en monitort deze.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de introductie van historische incidenten gerelateerd aan Data en de opvolging ervan.Je ondersteunt het beheer van Data procedures.Je neemt een adviserende rol op je in de oefeningen van Regulatory Risk Response, Risk Acceptance en New Activity Committee.Wij zoeken jou, als:Je een proactieve en dynamische facilitator kunt zijn tussen interne en externe stakeholders.Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en synthetische vaardigheden.Je gestructureerd werkt en deadlines respecteert.Je kennis hebt van compliance, risicobeheer en procesbeheer, of bereid bent dit snel te leren.Je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk zeer vaardig bent in het Engels en Nederlands & Frans, inclusief het geven van presentaties aan het management.Kennis van en/of interesse in het Data domein is een pluspunt.Je minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring hebt.Je een relevante Master- of Bacheloropleiding hebt afgerond.Professionele kennisRisicobeheerData governanceOpleidingRelevante Master- of Bacheloropleiding.Wat wij bieden:Een uitdagende rol binnen een dynamische omgeving.De kans om een significante impact te maken op het gebied van data-integriteit en risicobeheer.Ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling en groei.Een competitief salaris en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.Mogelijkheden voor training en opleiding.Een informele werksfeer met een hecht team.Flexibele werktijden waar mogelijk.Reiskostenvergoeding.
