IT Operational Support Officer M/FThis is your missionAre you passionate about IT operational excellence and improving service delivery? Then this position is for you.As an IT Operational Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality support for end-users and optimizing operational processes in our ecosystem.Build side:Participate in process improvement initiatives for IT operational workflowsContribute to the development of guidelines, documentation, and proceduresCollect, analyze, and report on operational data to identify trends and improvementsSupport IT projects and enhancements by providing operational insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and standardsRun side:Monitor supplier performance and ensure SLA complianceValidate invoices and manage escalations with external vendorsSupport stakeholders in understanding processes and IT service usageEnsure the quality and compliance of delivered IT products and servicesProvide day-to-day operational support, resolving issues proactivelyMaintain communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partnersThis is your backgroundYou have at least 2 years of experience in enterprise IT support or operational roles. You enjoy analyzing operational data, improving processes, and providing high-quality service and are constantly looking for ways to optimize IT workflows.
