**Job ID: HNMJD929**: **Role: IT Support Officer** **Location: Brussels, Belgium.** **Language: French, English.** **Required Skills**: **you will work in the "Helpdesk" team. In this context, your responsibilities as** **IT Support Officer are to**: - Provide Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents by responding to incidents and business IT service requests. Solve as many requests as possible on the first call using the tools available or by going to the site. Encoding, handling, tracking and finalization of tickets. Manage ement of the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of hardware and software. Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures as well as project implementation. Actively follow the technological developments of the market and ensure the life cycle management of the various technological components. **Prerequisites**: - Computer technician or equivalent experience - Experience of at least 5 years in a similar function; ideally within an internationally distributed organization.Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) - Good knowledge of Office 2003, 2016, 365 - Good knowledge of Windows 7 Pro, 10 Pro - Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals - Proficiency in managing users, computers, groups in Active Directory - Mastery of Teams, Sharepoint or equivalent - Strengths: Windows Server, Microsoft Operations Manager, routers and switches databases, ITIL. **Professional Skills**: - Good oral and written communication - Be customer and service oriented - Team player, shares information spontaneously - Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach - Organized and rigorous - Available and flexible - Autonomous, self-taught, responsible - Willing to travel (10% max) - The position is in Seraing.
