About the Role: Provide IT support to staff across various locations, ensuring the smooth operation of devices, software, and systems. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, telephony, printing solutions, and video conferencing systems. Collaborate with global teams to optimize the use and adoption of technology, ensuring maximum efficiency. Offer guidance and training to staff on technology usage and best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions to enhance service delivery.
