Siemens Digital Industries Software - We make digital happen. You make the difference. As Senior Sales Executive / Senior Account Manager you’ll play a key part in expanding our software business. Our goal is to deliver real, long‑lasting value through innovative, digital solutions – working together in agile teams with a clear focus on our customers’ needs. This role can be based in either Belgium or the Netherlands. We offer a flexible hybrid work model with regular in‑person team collaboration. Responsibilities You systematically analyze the market, track emerging trends, and turn insights into strategies for growing our customer base. Based on your findings, you develop customer‑specific, globally scalable go‑to‑market strategies and bring new, future‑ready solutions from our growing portfolio into existing customer environments. You act as a strategic partner across all levels – including C-level – and represent our offering with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of ownership. Together with our cross‑functional teams and your clients, you co‑create tailored solutions that fit complex business and technical requirements. You guide customers through the entire decision‑making journey, clearly communicating value and driving initiatives with persistence and vision. As the orchestrator of the sales cycle, you align all internal and external stakeholders – from PreSales and Services to Product and R&D – ensuring we act as one strong, agile team. Qualifications You’re driven by smart ideas: you think ahead, act with initiative, and enjoy finding practical solutions to complex challenges. You’re a natural connector: With empathy and confidence, you build strong and lasting relationships – especially at executive level. You’re a true team player: you enjoy working in close collaboration with international and cross‑functional teams within a complex matrix organization – because you know success is built together. You understand the software business: With experience in B2B software sales – ideally across multiple industries or technical domains – you bring valuable insight to every conversation and customers perceive you as a trusted advisor. You speak your customers’ language: Thanks to your strong understanding of digital processes and business applications, you can translate real needs into impactful solutions. You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good understanding of business in the Benelux region.
