Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.We zijn op zoek naar een Business Analyst om ons Salesforce Competence Center te versterken binnen de afdeling Change & Run (Customer & Distribution) van Channel Management. Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële directies van de P&V Groep, in een context van voortdurende transformatie en projecten met hoge toegevoegde waarde.Je komt terecht in een multichannel-omgeving in volle ontwikkeling, midden in belangrijke initiatieven zoals de digitalisering van de verkoopnetwerken (P&V-agenten, VIVIUM-makelaars, partnerships), de uitbouw van een innovatieve Contact Strategy, de optimalisatie van gegevensstromen van tussenpersonen, de evolutie van CRM-tools en de continue verbetering van bestaande commerciële processen.Als Business Analyst speel je een sleutelrol als schakel tussen de businessgebruikers en de IT-teams. Je analyseert, documenteert en begeleidt van A tot Z de implementatie van efficiënte oplossingen, en zorgt voor een duurzame adoptie ervan door de eindgebruikers.
