We're hiring: Virtual Account Manager (VAM)Are you a customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a remote, digital sales environment? Do you enjoy growing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities? Then this role might be for you.Your missionAs a Virtual Account Manager, you are mainly office-based and responsible for maintaining and growing market share within your assigned region. You manage and develop customers remotely, using digital channels such as phone, email and CRM.Your key responsibilitiesProactively grow sales with existing and new customers (direct and indirect)Act as the primary sales contact for assigned customersIdentify customer needs and propose the best-fit solutionsPrepare and present quotations, manage pricing and support contract negotiationsFollow up on leads, opportunities and quotations throughout the full sales cycleDevelop customer potential strategically and keep CRM data up to dateProspect new customers through outbound calls and digital channelsDeliver remote product demonstrations and consult customers on solutionsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure one voice to the customerWhat you bringA sales mindset with a technical background or strong technical affinityExperience in B2B digital and/or remote salesStrong skills in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales toolsSolution-selling and negotiation skillsExcellent time management and customer-oriented mindsetFluency in Dutch and proficiency in French and EnglishWhat we offerAn autonomous role with strong impact on customer growthA collaborative, international working environmentOpportunities to grow professionally within a global organization Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
