Job overview and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced VIP Support Lead to provide exceptional IT support services to VIP users across our global offices. Reporting directly to the Global Sites IT Services Lead, this role involves managing and delivering personalized IT support to senior executives and other high-profile users, ensuring their technology needs are met with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to handle sensitive and complex IT issues with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. VIP IT Support: Deliver personalized and high-quality IT support services to VIP users globally, ensuring their technology needs are met promptly and effectively.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP users, understanding their unique IT requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of IT support services meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes to enhance the VIP user experience.
  4. Incident Management: Lead the resolution of IT incidents and problems affecting VIP users, minimizing disruptions to their operations. Provide timely and effective communication during critical incidents.
  5. Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical lead for VIP support initiatives, leveraging deep knowledge of IT systems and solutions to address complex issues.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Global Sites IT Services Lead and other IT support teams to ensure seamless support for VIP users. Align VIP support with global IT strategies and objectives.
  7. Confidentiality and Security: Handle all VIP support activities with the utmost confidentiality and security. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT support or service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-regional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and support tools.
  • Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and service management platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
