Ben jij gebeten door digitale innovatie en gebruikerservaring? Als Digital Engagement Manager bij Mediafin, uitgever van De Tijd en L'Echo, zit jij aan het stuur om nieuwe lezers te transformeren tot trouwe gebruikers van onze digitale producten.

Jouw uitdaging

Nieuwe gebruikers aantrekken: Jij staat aan het roer om nieuwe gebruikers wegwijs te maken in onze digitale wereld en hen te overtuigen van de meerwaarde van onze sites, apps, nieuwsbrieven, etc. Je begeleidt hen doorheen het traject van toevallige passant, naar terugkerende bezoeker, tot loyale abonnee.

Van idee tot realisatie: Je spot opportuniteiten om je missie te versterken en vertaalt deze in concrete projecten. Of het nu gaat om innovatie of het optimaliseren van onze bestaande producten: jij bent erbij van start tot finish.

Samenwerken over teams heen: Je werkt nauw samen met diverse afdelingen van het bedrijf (marketing, redactie en IT). Als spilfiguur breng je mensen samen en organiseer je werkgroepen om projecten te realiseren.

Data als kompas: Je volgt de laatste trends en analyseert marktdata om jouw ideeën te verfijnen en te onderbouwen. Inzicht in onze doelgroepen is jouw sleutel tot succes.

Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als product en/of project manager in een digitale omgeving.

Je hebt affiniteit met nieuwsmedia.

Je bent resultaatgericht en vertaalt uitdagingen in oplossingen.

Samenwerken zit in je DNA, en je haalt energie uit het samenbrengen van mensen en ideeën.

Data gebruik je niet zomaar – het is je drijfveer om strategische beslissingen te nemen.

Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
