Jouw rol als Junior Financial Controller: Coördinatie van het boekhoudkundige luik, maandelijkse consolidatie en rapportering van financiële resultaten in samenwerking met de junior en senior accountant. Het operatiopnele boekhoudwerk behoort niet tot je taken. Analyseren van omzetcijfers en het opvolgen van belangrijke KPI's met betrekking tot volume en prijs. Beheer van de reportingtools. Meewerken aan projecten rond financiële analyse en benchmarking. Ondersteuning bieden bij investeringsdossiers. Actieve betrokkenheid bij opmaak en opvolging van budgetten en forecasts per vestiging. Wie zoeken we als Junior Financial Controller: Je hebt een masterdiploma in TEW, Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur of een gelijkaardige richting. Je hebt maximum 2 jaar ervaring binnen audit. Je hebt een goede boekhoudkundige basis en kan financiële data vertalen naar inzichten voor de business. Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en pragmatisch ingesteld. Je kan prioriteiten stellen en werkt efficiënt richting deadlines. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en werkt graag in teamverband. Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, en hebt minstens een goede basiskennis van de andere taal.
