A strong focus on consistency in delivery and adherence to client-specific standards is essential for this role. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients on project-related matters, fostering open communication and collaboration. Implement Portakabin's project delivery processes tailored to meet the elevated requirements of international clients. Closely monitor local project execution and lead improvement initiatives to address any weaknesses. Couch, mentor, and develop local project managers to enhance their performance and autonomy. Key performance indicators including cost, schedule, quality, and safety must be closely monitored. Promote a culture of safety and quality within the organization, embodying the company's Zero Harm values. Foster seamless collaboration with commercial, technical, and service teams to ensure successful project handovers and execution.
