En outre, nous contribuons à relever les défis d'aujourd'hui et de demain. Vous gérez, avec 2 collègues enthousiastes, les commandes entrantes dans le système SAP. Vous répondez aux questions des clients, principalement par téléphone et par e-mail. Vous coordonnez les processus logistiques afin d'assurer la livraison des commandes dans les délais impartis. Vous préparez, en collaboration avec l‘équipe de vente, les dossiers commerciaux. Votre approche ponctuelle et experte crée une valeur ajoutée essentielle pour nos clients. Vous êtes précis(e) sur le plan administratif et apprenez couramment de nouveaux logiciels utilisateur. Vous êtes aimable, communicatif(ve) et orienté(e) solutions. Vous êtes titulaire d‘un diplôme de bachelier ou équivalent par expérience. Vous êtes bilingue (néerlandais/français) et avez une bonne connaissance de l‘anglais. Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et vous assurez que vos dossiers soient traités correctement de A à Z. Une première expérience avec SAP est un atout, mais pas une exigence.
