With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, this company invests in cutting-edge technologies to optimize grid operations and integrate renewable energy sources.Position Overview: A European transmission system operator, Belgium client ensures the reliability and sustainability of the electricity supply in our country.With us, you'll work with other Contingent Workers and client employees to build a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure that stimulates economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.What you'll do:Assistance in connection with negotiationsAnswering legal questions regarding negotiations with residents (businesses, farmers, etc.) and authorities to ensure the establishment of rights related to client's real estate, such as questions regarding option agreements, land purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, the provision of land and houses, and neighbor relations.Assistance with notarial deedsParticipate in the analysis, drafting, and finalization of deeds for client's real estate transactions prior to signing at the notary.Drafting and maintaining various templates of agreements and deeds relating to client's real estate, depending on needs, to ensure consistency and manage legal risk.What you bring:Diploma: Master of Law (possibly with a supplementary degree: master's degree in notarial law)Minimum 2 years of legal (lawyer) experience or in real estate.Languages: Very good command of Dutch and French.A little about us: Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
