Voor onze klant (regio Brussel) zoeken wij een ervaren Teamleader die operationele continuïteit combineert met een mensgerichte aanpak.De Uitdaging: Stabiliteit en VertrouwenBinnen de operationele unit Claims Non-Life van onze klant is er behoefte aan een nabije en ervaren leider. Je krijgt de leiding over een team van 12 deskundige schadebeheerders gespecialiseerd in Burgerlijke Aansprakelijkheid (denk aan Familiale verzekeringen en complexe bedrijfsdossiers).Het team heeft een bewogen periode achter de rug door de herhaaldelijke afwezigheid van hun vaste leidinggevende. We zoeken daarom iemand die de operationele regie stevig in handen neemt, maar vooral fungeert als baken van rust en een luisterend oor biedt aan deze ervaren experts.Wat ga je doen?Als Teamleader ben je de cruciale schakel tussen de organisatiestrategie en de dagelijkse praktijk:Coaching & People Management: Je bent een coach in hart en nieren. Je ondersteunt de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van je teamleden en bouwt aan een positieve, sterke groepsdynamiek.Operationele Regie: Je beheert de planning, bewaakt de performantie en neemt de administratieve verantwoordelijkheden (zoals verlofplanning) op je.SPOC voor Distributiepartners: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe distributiepartners bij specifieke vragen of complexe escalaties.Leadership Community: Je maakt deel uit van een hecht netwerk van circa 20 collega-teamleaders binnen de schadedienst en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Claims.Wie zoeken wij?Ervaren Leider: Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van teams binnen een operationele omgeving.Tweetalig: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.Expertise: Kennis van verzekeringen of aansprakelijkheidsrecht is een grote troef, maar jouw kwaliteiten als people manager geven de doorslag.Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een empathisch luisteraar, werkt gestructureerd en weet mensen te motiveren, zeker in periodes van onzekerheid.Wat bieden wij?Een cruciale interim-opdracht (projectbasis) bij een topwerkgever in de Belgische financiële sector.De kans om echt het verschil te maken voor een team van gedreven experts.Een omgeving waar menselijkheid en professionaliteit hand in hand gaan.Interesse?Wil jij dit team de stabiliteit bieden die ze verdienen?
