Title: Hybrid Business Analyst /Project ManagerCompany: Global BiotechLocation: BelgiumType: 6 months contract (initially) - full-timeMain ResponsibilitiesCo-own initiative strategy, delivery roadmap, RAID logs, and cross-functional dependenciesDrive governance and ensure delivery of milestones across multiple sub-initiativesLead business analysis and discovery sessions with stakeholders across Clinical, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Quality, Data Management, and Quantitative SciencesCapture business requirements, use cases, and project charters and translate them into executable delivery plansApply standard business analysis techniques including interviews, workshops, prototyping, document analysis, questionnaires, and brainstormingAlign initiatives to OGSM objectives and define success metricsBuild dashboards and produce status reporting for sponsors and governance teamsCoordinate with external and breakthrough partners to integrate new capabilitiesQuantify and track time savings and impact across the HDT critical pathMain Requirements5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within the pharmaceutical industryProven experience supporting drug development across Phase I–IIIStrong experience working with clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, data management, and quantitative science teamsDemonstrated IT Project Management experience, including defining and managing project charters, scope, timelines, and risksExperience working on GenAI/ AI initiativesInterested?
