We're seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a high-impact program aimed at accelerating drug development timelines. This role sits at the intersection of project management, business analysis, and AI innovation, supporting teams across Clinical, Regulatory, Data Management, and more.What you'll do:Co-own program roadmaps and manage cross-team dependenciesRun discovery sessions with business owners to capture requirements and define use casesTranslate strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scopePlan, track, and manage cross-functional initiatives in clinical developmentMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Build dashboards, report progress, and align initiatives to program goalsCollaborate with external partners to integrate AI-driven capabilities that accelerate clinical developmentReport progress to sponsors and leadershipWhat we're looking for:5+ years as a Business Analyst in Pharma, supporting Clinical, Regulatory, Data, or Quantitative teamsExperience managing projects or programs in a cross-functional environmentFamiliarity with AI or Gen AI initiatives in a clinical or drug development context is highly desirableStrong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and execution skillsInterested?Apply now for immediate consideration or contact Lloyd Broomes – LBroomes@planet-pharma.co.ukWe are an equal opportunities Recruitment Business and Agency.
